Understanding the Context
I've never seen "believe on" except in the KJV (Acts 16:31). I also have seen it on homemade billboards in rural Indiana and on bumper stickers like the one in #6, which refer to the same passage in the New Testament. I associate it with evangelical Christianity and particularly the US Midwest, because that's where I first saw it about 40 years ago. Swimmer’s ear is an outer ear infection (also called otitis externa) that’s commonly caused by moisture.
