Walking? Yeah, I get lightheaded at about the 20-30 minute mark, but I'm an idiot and I keep going. I generally walk about 30-40 min in the morning and again in the afternoon. Since I started bleeding I've cut this back to one walk in the morning only, same length of time. My poor dh tried to help me out, but he got all queasy and lightheaded in the drs office while she was showing him what to do.

From time to time, you may experience some vaginal pain, discomfort, itching, I think they do this for everyone and it is only a few tubes of blood they take. Unless you are already severly anemic, it shouldn't make you dizzy or lightheaded and you should be okay to drive yourself home. I did and was fine.
